You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE, for the purpose of litigating any such claims or disputes. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above.
